On the morning of February 18, 2022, Leverages Corporation of Japan accompanied AMASCO company to visit and work both online and in person at the Information Technology Center of Thua Thien Hue Province (HueCIT) on cooperation in training and start-up orientation for IT human resources to develop abroad.
The meeting took place successfully in an open and friendly atmosphere, promising a new beginning in the good and long-term cooperation relationship between Leverages, HueCIT, and AMASCO.
On the side of AMASCO's delegation, there were Mr. Tran Trong Hieu, member of the Board of Directors, Deputy Director of the company, and members in charge of market development and interpreter. Accompanying the delegation was Mr. Bao Minh, Director of the Vietnam-Japan Cultural Exchange Center in Thua Thien Hue.
During the meeting, there were online participation from Leverages Corporation Japan: Mr. Shuhei Nishikawa, Director of Leverages Career Japan Co., Ltd. Vietnam branch. Mr. Koki Nakagawa is in charge of IT recruitment for the Japanese market. Ms. Meyu Ohashi is in charge of international students, supports scholarships for international students in Japan.
On HueCIT's side, there were Mr. Hoang Bao Hung, Director of the Center; Mr. Le Vinh Chien, Deputy Director of the Center; Mr. Do Xuan Huyen, Head of the Department of Education and Training, and related members in the field of Education and Training.

AMASCO.,JSC is Asia Manpower and Service Joint Stock Company - A company specializing in supplying human resources abroad, especially to Japan. AMASCO operates in the fields of labor export, engineering, study abroad in Japan. Acting as a bridge between recruitment agencies and human resources wishing to study abroad and export labor in Japan, AMASCO supports the implementation of legal procedures for international students, interns, and workers exported to Japan. AMASCO is also the bridge bringing Leverages to HueCIT.

Leverages' activities mainly focus on IT and foreign activities, sending Japanese people abroad to study and work; recruiting people from other countries to Japan to study and work.

At the meeting, Mr. Hoang Bao Hung, Director of HueCIT introduced to the delegation the overall information of HueCIT; Mr. Do Xuan Huyen, Head of Training and Retraining Department, introduced HueCIT's training activities and oriented the development of foreign language training programs: Japanese, Korean to meet the needs of the current market and future.
Leaders of HueCIT and Leverages exchanged, discussed and introduced the startup orientation for IT human resources and Vietnamese workers in Hue, job positions and opportunities to receive scholarships, support incentives of Vietnamese students and workers when they come to Japan.
