On November, 23, in Hanoi, the Ministry of Information and Communications of Vietnam, United States Department of Commerce and the US Embassy in Vietnam jointly organized a seminar on smart cities infrastructure development. In the morning of 24^th of March, The Department of Information and Communications in collaboration with Software Industrial Association of Thua Thien Hue and Thua Thien Hue Center for Information and Technology (HueCIT) organized a seminar on “Some solutions for developing IT industry in Thua Thien Hue Province”.
