Data Importing

Data Importing function allows users to enter information of economic – social targets for management using available input forms. When importing data, users need to select the input localities (provinces / cities / districts/ etc.), input agencies / departments, data period (month, quarter, year/ etc.), input forms for indicators are being managed. After importing data, the user can view/print the content before sending

   Data Approving
This function allows leaders to approve information and data on economic – social targets after collecting, synthesizing and entering into the system to ensure the validity of imported data.
With this function, users can perform the following operations:
- Defining types of reports: Users can define custom reporting templates for each type of report to be able to select quickly when creating reports.
- Creating reports: When you need to create to send the report to superiors as prescribed, the user select the name of the reporting unit, the type of report, the reporting period, the reporting date, the receiving agency , reporting forms to provide the needed information for reporting data.
- Approving reports: After creating the reports, leaders approve the conducted reports to ensure the legality of the submitted ones.
