In August 29th, the Permanent Board the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front together with Vietnam Union of Science and Technology , The Ministry of Science and Technology and other relating ministries and departments organized the Ceremony of publishing the Vietnam Golden Book of Creativity 2016.
With its realistic meaning of welcoming the ceremony of 71 years of Vietnamese Independence Day (September 2nd, 1945 – September 2nd, 2016), the Vietnam Golden Book of Creativity 2016 selects and announces 71 creative products of Science and Technology in the total of 186 products introduced by the Ministries, boards, departments, the organizations of the Central and Provincial and Local Committees of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
The creative products introduced in the Golden book are the creative solutions in the Science of Nature and Technology which were awarded in the Contexts organized by the Ministries, boards, departments, the organizations of the Central and Provincial and Local Committees of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in two years 2014 and 2015.
They also have high value in Science and Technology or in realistic application or in Economy with great effects in production and people’s lives.
With the product "The technical Framework for e-government and system of multi-level electric offices in Thua Thien Hue province" (designed by the experts in Thua Thien Hue Center of Information and Technology, HueCIT, and the Office of Thua Thien Hue Provincial People's Committee. This product received the first prize in the 7th contest of Technology Creativity in Thua Thien Hue province in 2015 and was honored in Sao Khue award in April, 2016.
According to the Permanent Board, the Golden Book will be published right on the ceremony day of 71 years of The August Revolution (August 19th, 1945 – August 19th, 2016) and Vietnamese Independence Day (September 2nd, 1945 – September 2nd, 2016).
It is said that the Permanent Board the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front together with Vietnam Union of Science and Technology , The Ministry of Science and Technology and other relating ministries and departments will select, announce and publish the Vietnam Golden Book of Creativity 2016.
The technical Framework for e-government and system of multi-level electric offices in Thua Thien Hue province was honored in Sao Khue award in 2016.
