The publication and released ceremony for Vietnam Golden Book for Creativity 2016 held on 29th of August by the Standing Committee Central Committee of Vietnam Fatherland Front in coordination with Vietnam Associations of Science and Technology, Ministry of Science and Technology and the concerned Ministries.
Thua Thien Hue province has two works honorably participated in Vietnam Golden Book for Creativity 2016, including: “The technical Framework for e-government and system of multi-level electric offices in Thua Thien Hue province” of the group of authors from Thua Thien Hue Centre for Information and Technology (HueCIT) and Provincial People’s Committee Office. The work won the first prize in Technical Innovation Contest in Thua Thien Hue province in the seventh of 2015 and the title Sao Khue in April 2016.
The Chairman of the Central Committee of Vietnam Fatherland Front, Mr. Nguyen Thien Nhan, informed that the year 2016 was the first year the organization selected and announced the innovation of the Vietnamese via the publication of "Vietnam Golden Book for Creativity". This is a precious document which contributes to encouraging all people, agencies, units, organizations and businesses to emulate and strongly response to the innovative activities, take the initiative, participate in researching science and technological development in all fields with the attempt to improve productivity, quality, efficiency and successful international integration.

National Assembly Chairman – Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan emphasized that the selection, edition and publication of the "Vietnam Golden Book for Creativity" was an innovative and in time work to cheer, encourage and honor scientists, inventors as well as introduce to people throughout the country the achievements, the innovative scientific and technological solutions and the typical achievements made in the process of renovation in recent years. Thereby, it arouses and constantly promotes the spirit of patriotism, of the Vietnamese intellectual in emulating and creating to build and protect the country, contributing to the formation of the culture of innovation of the Vietnamese in the current period.
It can be said that, "Vietnam Golden Book for Creativity 2016" - a small book that brought huge aspirations, as well as a vivid reality reflects of the power of thinking and creativity of the Vietnamese and the country. It is reported that since 2016 and the following years, the Standing Committee Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front will annually cooperate with the Vietnam Associations of Science and Technology, Ministry of Science and Technology, the concerned Ministries and agencies in selecting, publishing and releasing the "Vietnam Golden Book for Creativity".
